-          1. Select Filter

-          2. Blur

-          3. Select Gaussian Blur for make blur select

4. How to make Blur on Face

-          1.Select Radius follow we need

-          2. Select Ok

  

5. How to Save File for Photo

-          1. Select File

-          2. Select Save As..

-          And then find location that u want save (Finished)
